install key help, please-

Geez Louise!
We got a whitebox server from a now defunct OEM
(before I got here or we wouldn't have!) and low and
behold I need to reinstall, and the Win2k key on the
Cert of Authenticity doesn't work! How on earth do I get
a good one?

Getting answers from Micro$oft (even email) will cost,
even though this is their fault-
fyi- I'm only a system admin with year and half realworld
experience (6-7 more before I got the job though) and I
don't have the premier support lines and contacts that a
Microsoft-lacky consultant would.

Any ideas?

Boy I wish you could edit these posts after you send
them! LOL- Another update- I got the product ID and was
able to enter it to try to get email support, but I got
an error stating that since it was an OEM thing, they are
my main support (DEFUNCT NOW!) What a racket.
Please have mercy on me....
