Install IE6 on non-internet machine

Hello all,

I have to install IE 6 on a machine that is not connected to the internet (I
need it apparently to display the help file of a program I want to install).

I downloaded the file "ie6setup.exe" on a web-connected computer and
transferred it to a CD-R. I then attempted to install it on the target
machine. No luck. It required a connection to the internet. Apparently the
entire program is not in that c.480 k file.

Any thoughts on how to install IE6 on a non-connected machine?

Why would you need to install IE6 and a computer
that will not have internet access?
