Install Failure

I downloaded the 64 Bit version, burned a CD from the ISO. tried to install
the new OS and received a 0XC00000E9 error code, installation never started,
checked Technet for the error code but did not list any returns ?

I'm getting the same error. Setup gets exactly half way through loading
files and then stops. Since the 64 bit version wouldn't even finish
downloading for me, I'm trying to install the 32 bit version. I do have a
card reader on my printer, but I unplugged it from the tower so that setup
doesn't even see it.
