install fails

running xp pro sp2
try to install ultra edit 32, does not work, install shield starts and then
quits, but the setup process (eusetup.exe) is still running
all other programs install properly

Mike, if you downloaded it try doing it again. Might be a corrupt download
file.
If not then it's Shareware and the trial limit might be over.

Sorry should have mentioned that I tried it on another PC and it worked no
problems. This is not trial SW
