I'm try to intall VS.Net but fail
This is screen of erorr messages :
Error 1308 : Source file not found .....

how to solve ?

I haven't seen this error myself, but I did a quick search on Google and found a few links. Here's one that might apply to you?:

From what I gather from the links found, it seems there are problems with the setup source. If you're running the setup from CD/DVD can you possibly copy the content to disk and run the setup from there?

In addition to the other replies: Make sure all virus scanners and system
security software is turned off.
