install Error During SP2

While install SP2, I met following Error.
I tried to rename or delete
"\Repositories\{67C85615-B0C5-42EA-8B8A-E8AB47DB2B1D}" directory including
subdirectory.
but still the same error.

I tried to import XPESP2.SLD directly from Component Data Base.
But failed with same error.

How should i do?
