Install a printer without being Local Admin

How can I install a Printer (Printer driver) on a Windows
XP Prof installation without having Local Admin rights.

You need to use the local security policy>security options>devices:prevent users
from installing printer drivers>change to disabled. Apply and ok your way out.
Reboot if necessary.
