Install a 2003 server

Hi all
Just need some advise.
We have 3 \ 2000 dc severs atm.
We are about to install an exchange server so we have built the os on a new
machine using 2003

Is there anything that we have to do before we run dc promo or will the 2003
server fit in with the 3 \ 2000 servers happily.

Any links for confiuration etc would be greatly received.

Yes there are a few prerequisites before you install your 2003 DC. Be aware
that what you are really trying to do here is upgrade your entire AD to
Windows Server 2003 and this is a change that must be planned very
carefully.
You must first run the adprep /forestprep command to upgrade the schema and
then run adprep /domain prep in every domain in your forest. Read these for
