Inserting the tab name into the Worksheet

Other then inserting the tab name in the header or footer is it possible to
insert it into a cell by creating a formula? Or is this just not possible?
If it is possible how do you do it.

Place this formula in any cell.

=RIGHT(CELL("filename",$A$1),LEN(CELL("filename",$A$1))-FIND("]",CELL("filen
ame",$A$1)))

Note: The workbook has to have a path, ie. it can't be a newly created
workbook that has not yet been saved.
