Inserting Picture in Outlook 2007 Signature -> Red X

When I insert a picture into a signature in Outlook 2007, it doesn't show
up.

When I open a message with that signature, it has a box with: "The image
cannot be displayed. Your computer may not have enough memory...."

I can assure you that my core 2 duo with 2 gig memory has enough memory.

I am running OL 2007 SP2. I see no other comments about this.

Is it just my machine?

Or is no one else trying to do this?

Or is no one else running OL 2007???

I posted a question about this 7 months ago, before SP1 was even close to
being out. If it is a bug, why nothing from MS?
