Inserting day and date

I use Office 2003.
Do we have a calendar function from which we can pick a date, paste it into
a field in the document and format it like this: "tirsdag, den 11. januar
2005".
(This is the danish way of writing dates, but I'm sure you got the point.)
....and just to complicate things, I'm unfamiliar to VBA-programming.

Try going to Insert > Date and time and seeing if any of the options you need
are already there. The second option in my UK English Word looks about right.
You can insert as text or as a field that will update for you.
