When I attach a vcard to an email, I would like it to become embedded into the email rather than attached on as a file. I regularly need to send out business contact details and would like to insert them into the body of the message. Paste special would work, but the I would have to "pretty" it up each time.
I could develop a preconfigured email, yet I wish to be able to chose which ones are appropriate, and also have them always current and up to date, rather than having to update extra files each time someone changes an email address.
Also, it would be handy to insert peoples own contact details, so they can update them if they need. Would this be able to be automatically updated if they replied to the email (rather than use plaxo)?
I would rather use ways of doing it within outlook rather than look for an external program.
