Insert your Service Pack 3 CD now

Can anyone help please?

I install our service packs from Windows Update. When
trying to install the adminpak.msi so that I can
administer the domain from a pc, it tells me "Windows
files must be installed for your installation to proceed.
Insert your Service Pack 3 CD now"

However of course I don't have the Service Pack 3 CD, and
even downloading it, burning it on to CD and putting that
in the CD drive doesn't work! Has anyone any ideas on how
to get round this rather annoying problem?!

Updating to Service Pack 4 also does not work!

HELP!
