Such disclaimers are not only useless but are not binding on the recipient. The only instance when this is a binding disclaimer is for an attorney who is exchanging privileged information with his/her client.
As for customizing it, I am sure you can write some code that would pull the name from the original email, but, as noted above, the exercise will be of academic interest only since there is nothing legally binding about the disclaimer.
