Insert menu

When we go to Insert menu and select Comment option, the comment box is
displayed in a certain background color. How to change those colors and
customize them according to our needs?

You can change the setting via Tools > Options > Track Changes tab > Comments
color. If you select "By author", the color will depend on who made the
change. If you select any of the other op-tions, the selected color will be
applied to all comments.
