inline frames

When I go to a particular website, I get a message that says "Your browser
does not support inline frames or is currently configured not to display
inline frames." I have seen the post from October 4, 2004, saying to go to
internet tools, and so on, but I can't find anything in the Advanced Tab that
says anything about inline frames, so I don't know what to check or uncheck.
