Initializing and Establishing Link.

I fire the comp and it starts posting:

Initializing and Establishing Link...

PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable.
PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel Boot Agent

Checked everything to make sure and it's ok. I'm completely baffled as
to what can be. Maybe someone out there can shed some light on this.
Thanks again for your help.

The computer is attempting to "net boot".
PXE allows the network interface, to transfer packets of data from
some other computer's disk. A typical usage might be an office
full of "diskless" computers, all drawing their boot image from
a common server.

Check the BIOS boot options, to see what you've enabled or
disabled. On some BIOS, virtually any change to the
plugged in set of storage devices, messes up the boot order.
Especially annoying if you have a tray mounted disk which is
in and out of the computer a lot. If you happen to reboot,
you may need to fix up the BIOS to get it to use the correct
disk to boot from.
