Initialization failed because the driver device could not be created.

Hi guys,

I am having a small problem in one of our Windows XP professional PC, I can
ping using the IP address but I can't ping using the names, So I checked in
the event viewer there was a message like this,

" Initialization failed because the driver device could not be created."

I replaced that Machine registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBT\Parameters from
another PC and check it worked, but after I restart and come
TransportBindName key set to blank.. ? is this a virus ?

please help me,
