Infopath ERRor

My infopath is now error appear, how i can solve it ? pls help me.
Error is " Infopath can't create new, blank form. Infopath can't open the
form. To Fix this problem, Contact your system administrator" " form template
File:///D:\aa.xsn Infopath cannot open the selected form. There was an error
while loading the XML sechema for the form. Access is denied. "
