info needed on deleting registry keys

In HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft>Internet
Explorer>Explorer Bars>FilesNamedMRU of my registry I have
24 keys...5 of these are the win32 Poza, Billy etc. I have
used the cleaning tools for this worm and have dowloaded
all the critical updates and relevant patch and would like
to know why they are still there and if I delete them is
it likely to have an adverse effect on my registry and
system?...would appreciate any advice on this part of my
registry and what to do....please enlighten me!

You can delete the numeric-named Reg_Sz string values found at;

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Explorer
Bars\{C4EE31F3-4768-11D2-BE5C-00A0C9A83DA1}\FilesNamedMRU
