Info from one cell making other cells active

This is out of my league with Excel...I have a worksheet that I need
customers to fill out. Depending on the info they choose in one cell, will
make others cells become active and allow them to either choose the info from
a drop down field, or input their info into the cell--whatever I have chosen
for that cell. Is this possible, and if so...how do I do it...what is this
function called?

That's a lot of stuff! Everything you mention is doable, but requires a
little creative thinking and probably some intermediate-advanced knowledge of
Excel. You could pay someone to do the work for you, or get some good books
and do it yourself...but it may take a while...but the learning experience
would be great!!!

Anyway, here are some very good samples to get you started. Download
several files try to reverse engineer these elements for your specific needs.
