Inernet Explorer 6 cookie issue

Ok this just started two days ago. When I go to hotmail
or ebay for example and log in it tells me "Your Web
browser options are currently set to disable cookies. To
use .NET Passport, you must enable cookies." My web
browser options are not set to disable cookies any other
sites I can go to accept these two sites. I am getting
annoyed by this and microsoft does not have anything
posted about it in the Q articles. Anyone know whats up
with that?

Blocking Unwanted Cookies with IE 6
There are several new features built-in to IE 6, one of them is the ability
to accept and\or block any or all cookies if desired.
