Indeo Video Decompressor 5.0???

I recently had to upgrade from Windows 2000/NT to XP for work reasons. Now
the pc games that we played without problem before will not work, giving an
error message that "Indeo video decompressor 5.0" must be installed first. I
tried to download update #327979, but it wouldn't, saying it could only
install on service pack 1 and that my system had a more recent service pack.
How do I get this decompressor so we can play the games? (These are games
purchased from a store, not downloaded or on a website).

First try going to the video adapter home page and update drivers/software,
if you run intel board components,go to intel and update drivers/software.You
can/could also go to run,typeXDIAG Run the Direct X utility.
