Incredimail & Windows xp

Hi,
Does anyone know anything about Incredimail? Just
recently everytime I try to send or even look into one of
my files, windows freezes and Error report comes on, then
it won't let me do anything, have to reboot my computer,
this is the only program I have trouble with, and have
removed it and redownloaded it many times and still it
does the same thing. I have tried to write to Incredimail
and so far nothing, I like this mail system because it
lets you know when you have mail, but am really getting
discusted with it not working, any idea's on how to fix
this?

hi bonnie
i have used incredimail for years
i know family members that do not have alot of RAM
128 etc, have trouble using incredimail and have trouble
with their puters freezing -
also, in your msconfig...minimal startups are good as this
allows incredimail to run more smoothly
then i was thinking too, are you sure its incredimail
causing the problems and not something else?
