On the toolbar click Device Options ( a dialog with a curly arrow next to
the combo to pick the destination of your project).
Then select the emulator in question - e.g. Pocket PC 2002 Emulator
Click Configure to the right of the dialog
On the second tab is an option to set the memory size - by default 32mb.
You need to Hard Reset the Emulator for the change to take effect.
