Incorrect time stamp on Outlook email

The time in my computer properties and global settings is correct, but all
Outlook email messages reflect a time approximately 11 hours ahead (i.e.: an
message received at 9 p.m. will show 8 a.m. the following morning. How do I
correct it?

Checked your time zone settings as well? Contact the admin of your mail
server to verify if time (zone) settings on the server are correct as well.
