incorrect hour on incoming mails

Hello friends, I´m a little worried cos it´s impossible to me to find on the
Internet the solution to this problem.

Our Primary Domain Controller in our domain had the time syncronized to
Internet (by default) and with the DST option activated and all worked fine.
We are in Barcelona, Spain, GMT+1 and DST = +1 in summer time.

Then we installed and external hour control hardware (from Gorgy Inc.) so
the PDC now don´t sincronize from Internet, it sincronize from this hardware.
This hardware give the real hour to the PDC so we disable the DST option to
the PDC and all the computers in the domain.

Well the problem is only in Outlook 2003/2007, when you recieve a mail you
can see it in the inbox but it appears with an incorrect hour, for example,
it´s 12:00 and somebody send you in this moment a mail but in the inbox you
see that this mail´s hour is 11:00. Then if you open the mail it show you
(upper right, as outllook does) the correct hour, 12:00

I´m sorry for my english. I have read a lot but i don´t find how to resolve
the problem, i hope somebody will be able to give me a little help.

Thank you a lot
