Incorrect FAT

During installation of NAV2005 something whent wrong wich stopped NAV from
properly being installed. The result was that my second HD isn't readable
anymore.
It used to be D: but now is has changed to F: .
CHKSDK says that the filesystem is RAW and cannot be handled by it.
If someone knows what to do please write.
 
Have you called Symantec to report this incident.

It is MOST unusual to say the least.

NAV does nothing to change the hard disk structure, nor does it install to a
virtual RAM drive [or multiple drives, which would be the cause of D to
become not E but F drive].
