Incomplete Printing of Cell info.

K

Kimberly

Worksheet is created.

When I review I have to double click to see 100% of my info within a cell,

When I print only a portion of the typed info in the cell appears.

I have "Formated" and selected "Auto-fit".

100% of the info still will not print.

What should I do?

Without knowing what the cell contains, who knows? The more detail you
provide, the better the answer you will get!

There are no codes within my cell its just number and words. Lets just say
my cell is under the title of Remarks: All of the remarks that I typed into
that cell are not printing, but when you go to that cell and double click you
can see all of the information that you typed.

Kimberly, what I need to know is the size of that information you are talking
about. Are you talking 10 characters, 100 characters or 1000 characters?
Without that info, no one can help you! Also, have you formatted to wrap
text, or not. You see, if you type too many characters, so that auto-fit
column width adjusts the column to the width of the screen, then it means
that the text that flows beyond the screen width will not be shown, nor
printed, unless you double-click, or then press <F2>, to view that text.
However, if you use wrap text, you should see all your data, and also print
everything, if the row height is properly adjusted.

If your text is long, you can add alt-enters (to force new lines within the
cell) every 80-100 characters. You'll be able to see lots of characters in the
worksheet (not just by double clicking or looking at the formulabar).

You may have to adjust the rowheight, too.

Then try printing to see if what you print matches what you see.
