incompatible with XP "Nvidia AGP Filter"

Hi,

I get this warning from the compatability checker when I
try to upgrade to XP Pro from XP Home. I don't have a
nvidia board and HP tells me that too. Where did I get
this and how do I get rid of it? Thanks for any help!

John

Microsoft Video Driver OCA Triage

HP may have used the same drive image for an Nvidia based motherboard as
they do your motherboard. You can rename the agp filter driver without
consequence.

Boot into Safe Mode by hitting F8 just before the windows logo.
Go to c:\windows\system32\drivers
Rename nv_agp.sys to nv_agp.old
Reboot
Try the Upgrade again
