Incompatable Field names between Excel and Access

The "F1 doesn't exist in destination table ..." issue
exists because data files without headers attempting to
load into Access have a default hidden header of
F1,F2,F3... which understandably would require those
attempting to append a file into an existing table to have
headers with the same name in the incoming file.

In my case, when I created a blank table in Access it
placed default field names of Field1,Field2,Field3... and
when I tried to import an Excel file without a header the
hidden default field name F1 did not exist in my Access
table, hence the error message.
SUGGESTION: Make all the default generated field names
across the Microsoft products the same!

Another suggestion would be to use the field names in the file that exist in
the database.
Another would be to at least use field names in the file so the newly
created table will have some sort of meaningful name.
