Incoming mail

I cannot get a responce to my last reply. I am new at this
so please help. My incoming mail goes to the delete file
when I read it. I do not want outlook express to
automatically delete the Msg's and I am getting double
emails on incoming. My server is MSN and my service is
Quest. I have no rules checked.
