Call your ISP (Internet Service Provider). We have no idea which service you are using and crystal ball is out of commission at this time.

The OP's ISP may not be their mail provider, although they can be.

Lisa, who provides your email service? Or to ask that question another way,
what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
Your mail provider will typically have a web page that shows how to
set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the name of
your email service provider.

First decide if u want to use "pop" or "IMAP". POP saves ur emails on ur
harddrive and IMAP saves them in your old email address. use this -incoming
IMAP.aol.com or IMAP.aim.com this last one is if u want to change ur aim
service to receive it thru windows. then when they ask you for ur SMTP you
put smtp.aol.com now iused aol, but it could be yahoo, verizon etc... hope
this has been of some help.

Yes, if you are used to webmail and not particularly computer-savvy,
it is best to stick with webmail. You can copy and paste the email address
from the website.
