including attachments in forms

Hi,
I am creating a customised outlook form, and want to have the ability for
any user of the form to attach any type of attachment to the form before
sending. There is a field that I have imported into the form (attachment with
a check box), but I cannot get access to the field, and hence am unable to
attach a file to the form before sending it.

Does anyone know how to attach any type of attachment to a form by using
this field, or know of any other way in which any attachment can be attached
to a form before sending. I have also tried inserting an attachment using the
toolbar, but the insert item fields are not able to be accessed.

That field is read-only. The box will be checked if there are attachments and unchecked if the message has none.

The field you must add to allow the user to attach items is the Message or Notes field that holds the body of the item.
