includes not visible

here's a sample page (temp URL; just uploaded it)...
http://maplespringbeds.lhhosting.com/bedding-range.htm

there should be a total of 4 includes: header.htm, footer.htm, tagline.htm,
& right.htm.

Only one of them is visible (right).

I'm using FP2003. Never had this problem before. Tried recalulating links,
creating new include pages, re-naming include pages, etc. FP extensions seem
to be OK (but I haven't asked for them to be reset.)

NOTE - With the live site opened in FP, all includes show properly. They
are simply not showing live in my browser.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

footer.htm and tagline.htm have no opening <body> tags.

Right.htm has the tag so it should display properly.

However, fix the other two and see if it fixes the issue.

What I see is *none* of your includes are showing. The only reason the
"right" include is visible on the bedding range page is because it is hard
coded on that page (view source). Likewise, on your home page, the header is
hard coded, so it shows up (again, view source). All your include files are
accessible if you type the URL (e.g.,
http://maplespringbeds.lhhosting.com/_includes/header.htm) but only if what's
in the include page is hard coded on the page does that content show up.
Strange. Are you sure ihhosting has the FrontPage extensions installed?

I think it's from the Categories used by FP to create a SiteMap...I'm not
sure, but I am sure I hate that 'mso' crap

When you view a page with an include after the page has been published, the "included"
html will always be in the page.
Includes are "included" when you save and publish the page, or when you change and save an
include.

Oh, I thought it was like linking to a css file where it "reads and heeds"
the info in the remote file. Sorry.
