include page icon disabled !

Hi,

By default, Frontpage 2000 (without server extension) displays a Standard
toolbar showing icones like new file, save, cupy, paste, undo, etc.
In the past I inserted a tool "include page" to be able to insert a page in
a frame.
Now, I don't why, this icon is disabled. How to get it back ?

I deinstall all Office and rebooted, I checked in directories, there were a
priori not the least trace of the old programs and ini files.
So I reinstalled excel, word and FP 2000.

To my surprise, I soon I lauched FP I have found back my old menu and the
famous disabled "include page" icon !

So there is well a ini or setting file somewhere on my harddisk that the
deinstall program doesn't removed.
Can someone tell me where is located this settings file or ini and if there
is a way to enable again my "include page" properly, manually maybe

I ask you this because I changed the content of an included page, I load the
correct one in editing the calling page but the change is not taken into
account in preview mode and neither under IExplorer, as the change was inop.
So it seems that I have absolutely to re-activate the icon "include page" to
ask FP to do the job correctly.

I can remove it from the menu and reinsert it; but it remains desabled.

Thanks for your comments
