Include Page Component

I am using Frontpage 2002. I made a navigation page with
collapsible lists to be used with the include page
component and I placed the appropriate code in the <head>
section to use a hand cursor. In one place the list drops
down three levels, the hand cursor works for the first
and third levels, but not the second. Is there an
additional code I need to add, or can you tell me what I
have done wrong? Thanks for your help.

Any code in the head section of the page to be included is NOT included, the code must be between
the <body>....</body> tags or in the head section of all pages using the Include Page.
