inches to millimeters

How do I change the measurement units in Excel 2003 from
inches to millimeters? In Word 2003 I found the setting
in the options/general. I can't find it anywhere in
Excel.

This would be done through Windows Control Panel>Regional
Settings>Options>Customize>Measurement System>U.S.

Note: this is a global setting and will affect all programs run under Windows.
