inches to metric system in Powerpoint files

I am making a Power Point presentation, and I would like the grids, guides
and rulers to display centimeters instead of inches.
How do I change the entire setup, so that everything is metric instead of
inches?

PowerPoint ruler shows inches instead of centimeters. Or vice versa.
