InCD: using in WindowsXP & Windows98

I have the same version of InCD and InCD reader on both XP and a 98
machine and the 98 machine will rarely read the CD (floppy) I make.
Anyone know what I can do about that?

If your Win98 machine will rarely read your burnt CDs then this is obviously
a problem to be posted in a Win98 newsgroup. And what exactly is a floppy
CD? I thought they were quite rigid?

So are the most recent floppies, or are you still using a machine that
accepts only 5.25" floppies - the REAL floppies?

If you want to get semantic, they're "diskettes", not floppies.

Well everyone,....

ha - ha - ha !!!

Now, then: No solutions? Just wise cracks? Isn't it time to get back
to work or are we all still on holiday?

Oh, and Pegasus, surely you jest, but in case not, I'm talking of CDs
formatted to be used LIKE floppies!!

packet writing software, to make cdrom drives 'drag n drop', such as INCD,
is useless
there are dozens of threads prior to yours in many forums where the poster
has the same problem you do.
Google is your friend
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=can't+read+incd+disk&aq=f&oq=
the disks produced can not be reliably read on any other machine, even with
the same version of software installed, the disks are dependent on hardware,
software and operating system.
for data protection/backup that is <span style='text-transform: capitalize;'
useless</span>(html just for the hell of it)
better to remove the incd drivers and burn data disks with the required
information

====================
Seeing that your question relates to Win98, I still recommend a Win98
newsgroup. WinXP and Win98 are radically different operating systems, in
spite of both having the word "Windows" in their name.

Now why didn't I think of that??
