Hi.

We are running Exchange2000 on a W2K server.

On our clients we have WinXP and Office2003 . Synchronizer Version 11.0.6555

Just recently we have experience that Outlook2003 is not able to synchronize
the inbox.

All other folders are synchronized.

The following message appears

Error synchronizing folder

[xxxxxxxx-xxx-xxxxxxxx-xxx]

The client operation failed.

Goes to the URL and have done everything that is suggested.

Can somebody help us?

Thank you in advance

Bit weird that the link points to an Outlook 2000 article :-S

Anyway, even recreating the ost-file did not work?
Is this for all your clients or just one?
When was the last time you performed database maintenance on the Exchange
server?

Hi.
Thank you for your answer.
I just followed the URL from the sync. message. Supriesed that it referes to
Outlook2000 and not Outlook2003 where I had the problem.
The Inbox would't sync. even I created a new OST file.
I have solved the problem. The reason was an currupt e-mail
Moved all e-mails from the inbox on the users where I had a problem to a
local PST file and had to press shift-del to get rid of the e-mail that
caused the problem.
Then I was able to creat an OST file on the users where I had problems.

Kind regards
