Inbox Only Shows Plain Text

I am using Outlook 2003 SP2 in an Exchange 2003 LAN environment. I was
able to see messages in the preview pane and Inbox just fine until
about 1 month ago, but now all messages show up in plaintext. I have
noted some behaviors such as smileys being changed to the character "J"
as well. If I move the message out of the inbox and into a Saved folder
in my Personal PST and open it from there, it displays correctly.

Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

I just found the source of my issue: I had an unrelated issue with
internet explorer and realized that I had IE 7 Beta 2 installed. I
uninstalled it and was just about to reinstall it when I thought I
would check outlook. Sure enough, the preview window is operating
normally again. So, it appears the IEFRAME.DLL that comes with IE7 B2
is not compatible with Outlook's preview scheme in some way (possibly
an ordinal call?). Just thought I would let you know.

I'm using Outlook 2003 and IE7 Beta 2 on a laptop of mine and I do not see
this problem.
