inbox filtering

Hello,

I'd like to filter my inbox in the following manner:

Allowing only incoming mail from a specific domain (namely
clinton.com) to my main inbox and filtering all other
incoming mail to another mailbox.

Also allowing incoming mail into my main inbox from
addresses/domains to which I've sent mail in the past.

Is there any way to perform either of these two filtering
actions with Outlook?

Have you investigated using rules? The first you can do with a rule to
check the sender's e-mail address has a particular "@domain.TLD". The
second would require that you add to your contacts any e-mails that you
send so you can use a rule based on the sender being listed in your
contacts.
