inaccessible XP clients in a Domain

I have XP clients that cannot be access from other machine within the domain,
but this XP clients can access other network computers from the domain. The
error message is

"\\computername is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this
network resource. Contact the Administrator of this server to find out if you
have access permission.

Logon Failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at
this computer.

I tried uninstalling the File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks but
the problem still persist.

The username you are using to connect with has been prevented from
connecting.

On the XP boxes, go to

1) Start | Run, type "secpol.msc" in the box, and hit Enter;

2) Navigate to Local Policies | User Rights Assignment;

3) Find the policy "Access this computer from the network" and make sure
that the 'Everyone' group is listed. This policy will typically have the
following groups listed: 'Administrators' 'ASPNET' 'Backup Operators'
'Everyone' 'Power Users' 'Users'

4) Find "Deny access to this computer from the network" and make sure that
there is no group listed which the connecting user is a member of. In
otherwords, none of the groups in (3) above should be listed here.
Typically, the only listings I'd expect to see here in a domain environment
would be 'Guest' and 'SUPPORT_xxxxxx'
