In saving my emails

In saving my emails.... the save my attachments is off.... why? and how do I
connect it..... could this be the trouble that after I save emails to my
documents, I am unable to read them......
the following options are indicated: schememapping\ files list/ and
Microsoft presentation..... neither one lets me read my file. H e l p !!

Which version of Outlook are you using?
Which method of saving your emails are you using?
Which options are you looking at where?
