In Rules & Alerts, where are the "Actions" symbols defined?

I just created a new Rule, and see that in the Action column there is a
symbol I don't recognize: a hammer crossed with a wrench. That's very
dramatic, but what does it have to do with the rule I just created?

It represents the 'stop processing more rules' action.

It has nothing to do with the rule - its an icon for the type of actions in
the rule. It shows there is an action other than moving, deleting, flag,
etc (all of which have their own icons) - it can be as simple as stop
processing - assign to a category adds it as does the 'run a script' action.

While that's a common action for which it appears, it also appears for some
other actions as well.

Ok. Such as? I'm all for being corrected when I'm wrong, but, I like to
actually be corrected rather than simply told I'm wrong.
