In Contact: phone default chng frm US to India,how do chng back?

My default in Contacts has changd from US to India fr the phone. I need to
change it back and I don't know how.

Not an Outlook setting. Outlook uses your operating system's settings. We
don't know your operating system, nor is this an group for telephony
settings.
