in Contact design view how do I create 'add contact photo'?

Office XP 2003 - Outlook Contact Design Forms.. The default IPM.Contact form
offers user to upload a contact photo in the middle of the screen. When you
go to design forms it does not allow you to use the original template
therefore you lose the ability to allow the user to load a contacts photo
when adding a contact. How do I set up the form to allow the user to do this?

You would have to avoid making any customizations on the first page of the contact form.

Whether you have the default IPM open or not the moment you select 'Design a
Form' or Design this form it defaults to the version without the photo....

But if you don't customize the first page, when you run the form, it will have the Outlook 2003 picture control. Try it.
