Importing to Microsoft Word

I am currently using a trial of Access 2007. My professor requested:

Use the Import to Word feature to make a document file of each activity.

I have created all the files he requested, but I am not sure how to Import
them to Word. He said for Access 2003 and older: Go to Tools, Select Office
Links, then select Publish It With MS WORD.

I do not see any of that in Access 2007. Can someone help me soooooon?!

Open a report in print preview, in the upper right hand corner of the data
section is a button that says Word. Click it. Make your choices and click
OK. This does the same as Publish with Microsoft Word in previous versions.

Your professor is right. If you open a table in datasheet view you'll see
"Tools, Select Office
Links, then select Publish It With MS WORD.".
