Importing Outlook 2000 PST file into 2003

I want to back up my PST file from my old Outlook 2000 program and import it
into my new Outlook 2003 program. Any problems with doing this
(incompatibility issues)? What are the steps in 2003 for importing the data?
Should I install the backup program first?

How does the old outlook data file work with the business contact manager?
Is there any way to bring the contact data into the business contact manager?

There are no incompatibility issues, but importing is a poor choice for
transferring data.
Just reuse your old PST file:

If for some reason you feel you need to use a UNICODE PST file, then just
open your old data file and copy what you want from it into your new one.

I would have no idea.
Ask in a BCM group.
